Terms of Service.

Appointments must be booked in advance through our Fresha booking page, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

Phone consultations typically run for twenty minutes. In-clinic consultations are charged at A$50. This fee is fully redeemable against the cost of any treatment booked within 60 days of the consultation date.

Consultations are required for HIFU and other advanced treatments so that our dermal therapists can assess suitability, contraindications, and design a personalised plan.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.

Course packages are redeemable over 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable once treatment has commenced, except where required by law.

All treatments are only performed after a suitability assessment. Cosmo Medispa reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not considered safe or appropriate. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or allergies before your appointment.

Results vary between individuals depending on skin condition, age, lifestyle, treatment history, and the number of sessions completed. No specific outcome is guaranteed. We will always give you an honest, evidence-based view on what your treatment is likely to achieve.

Gift cards are purchased and managed through Fresha. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are subject to the terms of the Fresha platform in addition to these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmo Medispa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or any treatment, except where caused by our negligence or a breach of the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
